- Upon successful payment, confirmations are sent via Email/WhatsApp within 24–48 hours.
- Where suppliers require additional time (e.g., festival dates, peak seasons), we’ll keep you updated proactively.
3) What You Receive
- Booking summary (dates, guests, inclusions), hotel/vehicle details, and service contact numbers.
- Vouchers/e-tickets (where applicable) and any mandatory instructions (ID requirements, check-in/out times).
4) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Changes are subject to availability and supplier rules; fare/price differences may apply.
- Refunds—if applicable—are processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days, aligned with our cancellation policy and supplier terms.
5) Payment Channels
Payments can be made securely on our website (Razorpay) or via bank transfer against official invoices/payment links.
